MagnoliaMagnolia-Magnolia can be best described as “green and quiet.” Known for being primarily a family neighborhood, this area is also starting to attract singles looking for more of a secluded feel. More residents own than rent in this area, which make it a great location for putting down roots! The only downside if you commute downtown would be the traffic that you inevitably run into when merging with those coming from the Ballard Bridge. However, there is plenty to do in “downtown” Magnolia, and the views in the area are incredible.

Local Favorites

Magnolia is nature in the city. Discovery Park is incredibly large and features many walking trails, some that lead down to the beach. The main area in Magnolia has a variety of boutiques, salons, and cafes-among many restaurants. Some of our favorites –El Ranchon for Mexican, Magnolia Village Pub to check out the games, and Mondello for delicious Italian.
