WallingfordWallingford-Wallingford is a vibrant, fun neighborhood close to both Fremont and Green Lake areas. More than half of the residents here rent their homes. High income earning singles dominate this area for resident makeup and many of them commute downtown for work. There aren’t many apartment buildings here yet which makes walking through the streets can give you a taste of Seattle’s history without the modern flair-contrary to most other neighborhoods in the city. There are some residential areas also but 45th Street is where you will find most locals hanging out.
